Learning at Work Week campaign
Challenge: The goal was to engage and promote ongoing learning and development during annual Learning at Work Week event.
Solution: To bring the initiative to life, a dynamic internal website was launched, serving as the central hub for all event-related content — including speaker spotlights, a registration calendar, and curated resources to support ongoing learning. The campaign rolled out with engaging teaser videos, branded content, Intranet articles, and visually striking banners to generate early interest and drive participation.
To encourage interaction and knowledge sharing, an internal community space was introduced, giving employees a platform to connect and reflect on their learning experiences. Throughout the week, social media teasers and digital signage helped sustain energy and visibility across the organisation.
